Meet Joel Marshall
Joel can plan your next case with you..
Joel completed his Bachelor of Dental Technology in 2008 and has worked in, and managed, several crown and bridge dental laboratories since.
During this time, he installed CAD/CAM systems and trained technicians in digital dental workflows. His interest in education and technical support led him into dental implant sales with Neoss Implants, where he became a CAD/CAM specialist and technical advisor.
After five years with Neoss, Joel moved into the role of National Sales Manager and later became General Manager for Neoss Australia and New Zealand.
Breeze Dental Ceramics brings together Joel’s experience as a dental technician, CAD/CAM trainer, implant specialist, and laboratory owner, with a focus on high-quality, practical support for dentists.

We chose a split-bridge design because of the angulation of the abutment preparations and because one abutment was more compromised. Separating the bridge segments reduces cantilever forces and helps distribute occlusal load more favorably, protecting the weaker prep and improving long-term prognosis.
